Salatha Helton is a licensed marriage and family therapist passionate about travel, holistic care, and enriching women's lives. Based in California and Arizona, her journey from journalism to mental health was fueled by her interest in trauma-informed care and supporting those with intellectual disabilities.
With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu, Salatha focuses on helping women tackle stress and anxiety, especially those in high-pressure jobs. She delves into how our childhood shapes us, using this understanding to help her clients heal and grow.
Her practice blends empathy with scientific insight, offering a holistic approach that looks at the whole person. Outside of work, Salatha loves to travel with her husband and explore new cultures, bringing these experiences into her practice to connect deeply with her clients. She believes in nurturing the mind, body, and soul in therapy and everyday life.
